We are nestled in the heart of Lincoln County, Missouri – a rural and rapidly growing community, Our agency has provided quality services and supports to individuals with I/DD for over forty-four years. To ensure our services and supports meet the highest quality standards, all direct services/supports are fully accredited by CARF International (The Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission). We are the County Board for developmental disabilities and the largest service provider in the area. We currently serve approximately 300 clients and employ approximately 80 staff.

Full-time or Per Diem Direct Support Professional (DSP) positions available:

  • Community Skills Teacher (in either our Community Skills or Day Program); or
  • Life Skills Teacher or Night Attendant (in our Residential Services Department)
