DDAB of Montgomery County assists Adults residing in Montgomery County in the achievement of their personal lifestyles and goals. Primary duties include assisting consumers in implementing Individual Service Plans and documenting progress made (Habilitation Goals), community integration activities, activities of daily living, supporting relationships between families and friends, encouraging healthy lifestyles plus much more.

Benefits of a full-time position include Holiday pay and personal leave. Earning vacation time at a rate of 7 hours per month, 8 hours per month after three years of service, 9 hours per month after five years of service, 10 hours per month after seven years of service, and 12 hours per month after ten years of service. Earning Sick leave at a rate of 7 hours per month. LAGERS retirement system (paid 100% by the Board), you are considered vested with LAGERS after 5 years of full-time service. Medical Insurance (currently being paid 100% by the Board) plus $75.00/month will be contributed into an HSA account paid by the Board. $25,000 life insurance policy paid by the Board.
