formerly known as the Franklin County SB40 Resource Board, provides support, resources and advocacy for individuals with disabilities and their caregivers, living in Franklin County. We are the link connecting those in need with the resources to help them. Disability Resource Connection offers Targeted Case Management to persons with developmental disabilities living in Franklin County. Case Managers provide person-centered planning to ensure that services reflect on an individual’s specific needs. Disability Resource Connection also provides funding to providers of disability services in Franklin County. A nine person board appointed by the Franklin County Commissioner oversees how the funding is determined

Proficiency with computers and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Job duties include writing plans and daily documentation.
