Direct Support Professionals – At Emmaus, we believe every individual deserves to live their best life! As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will partner with our clients, in their homes, to support them with daily living activities like; cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, appointments, outings, and more! But it doesn’t stop in the home, you will also support them in their hobbies and build relationships with them. You will work closely with other team members to implement support plans and provide training, coaching, and assistance, in all areas of their lives. Associate Client Services Manager – The Associate Client Services Manager (ACSM) will deliver high-quality support to Emmaus clients and staff. The ASCM may assist the Client Services Manager (CSM) in supervising up to 20 team members, and generally support up to 12 clients in 2-3 homes by helping with staffing, scheduling, guardian relationship(s), regulatory compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction. The ACSM will ensure clients are living their best lives with the proper and appropriate supports.
