Established in 1980, NextStep for Live provides and array of services to assist individuals with intellectual, developmental, and other disabilities to live fulfilled lives. The organization provides supports in the areas of Employment, Day Services, Respite, Leisure, and Residential care. NextStep for Life practices a person centered approach ensuring people served receive the services they want and need. Our Career Opportunities
Residential Direct Support Professionals are needed days, evenings, and overnight, both full and part time. Employment Services has opportunities for Case Managers, Job Coaches, and Site Supervisors to oversee janitorial crews. Day services are in need of part time assistance. NextStep for Life has a benefit package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and long term disability insurance. The organization has a 401K opportunity that is matched up to 4%.
