The Pike County Agency for Developmental Disabilities (PCADD) is a nonprofit agency that serves persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Pike County Missouri area. PCADD is governed by a five member Board of Directors consisting of parents, family members, and other advocates for persons with developmental disabilities.

In carrying out our mission to “help Pike County citizens with developmental disabilities to succeed”, PCADD provides services in four main program areas:

  • Community Living Skills Day Program
  • Community Employment Services Employment Program
  • Community Inclusion Program
  • Residential Services

PCADD has been nationally accredited since 1999 by CARF, the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. PCADD has received the highest level of accreditation, three years, every time it has been surveyed.
