RCBS is a not for profit organization. We have been providing support to developmentally disabled adults in Ray County since 2006. Our goal is to enhance the lives of the people we support through fun, educational, and enriching activites. If you are interested in working as a care giver in the Richmond area, apply in person at 200 N College St, Richmond MO. Our offices are located on the northwest corner of the square in Richmond. Valid driver’s license, successful background check and GED/Diploma required.

RCBS is a smaller service provider with a lot of heart. We provide all required training, including American Heart Association First Aid and CPR and Level 1 Medication Aide certification. RCBS believes in promoting from within when openings arise. We particpate in a variety of fun and enriching events throughout the year, such as Special Olympics Missouri, KC Royals games, and the Kansas City Renaissance Festival, to name a few.
